Kelly Osbourne looked ravishingly in Tony Ward at Sunday's Emmys and a la Claire Danes, has truly never looked better. Miss Osbourne was also on the Red Carpet as an E! correspondent and had some interesting fashion insights. I don't know if it is the cute British accent or the fact she has such a fun personality, but I found myself agreeing with most everything she said.

Kelly Osbourne looked ravishingly in Tony Ward at Sunday's Emmys and a la Claire Danes, has truly never looked better.
